We need to be able to define a tree of tasks, starting from a Workpackage level (with no tasks), then nested tasks at 3 levels lower down. Is there a sub-task feature similar to the nested folder structure possible for files? If not, is it on the way?

Is Assignne notified. Confusing Visual 3 comments by Adam Jacknow on March 24 Is Assignne notified automatically when you create a milestone or task or do you have to click 'notify via email? There is an option 'notify via email that has the recipients name that you have assigned it to among other names. Do I have to click their name to inform them by email even though I am assigning it to them? fyi....when creating this bug ticket it asks: is this a task?....I always click the box but I don't know what it means if I don't click the box Notify via email TeamWork Live

Users to Clients by Company Organizer on January 14 Priority: Normal Assigned to: TeamWork Live Due date: Thu, Jan 21 Reminder: 2 days before due date Completed Thu, Jan 14 at 10:18 AM   I accidentally set up sales agents in an outside organization as users, but they need to be clients.  Can they be converted from users to clients?
